An editorial plan is not a list of titles. It must connect real questions, demonstrable skills and products that solve the problem. Posting many variations of the same question creates cannibalization and reduces perceived quality.
Start from the intent
Distinguish informational, comparative, and transactional research. An informative guide must respond before selling; a comparison must state criteria and limitations; a product page must explain requirements, results and proof of use.
Clusters and main contents
Choose a main guide for each theme and connect insights without duplicating their promise. Before creating a new article, check if you can expand the existing one. Title, H1, URL and keyword must describe a single intention.
Editorial checklist
- Clear answer in the first lines.
- Testable steps, examples and limitations.
- Descriptive headings and logical index.
- Relevant image with useful alt text.
- Internal links to consistent guides and products.
- Meta title and description designed for clicks, not for repeating keywords.
