Accounts, orders and digital delivery

The user must provide correct data and keep the credentials. The contract ends with the confirmation of the order. Downloads, licenses or accesses are made available in your account and/or via email after payment confirmation, barring anti-fraud checks or technical problems.

Licenses and use

The purchase does not transfer the intellectual property of the software. Number of sites, duration, updates and support are as indicated on the product page and on the page Support, licensing and updates. It is prohibited to resell, redistribute or make available PRO/PREMIUM keys and packages outside the rights granted.

Plugingo Pass

Plugingo Pass is a subscription with periodic renewal at the price shown before the order. During the active subscription it gives access to the FREE and PRO plugins included and the discount indicated on PREMIUM plugins, according to the current catalog. Can be canceled to prevent future renewals; access remains available until the end of the period already paid, unless refunded or violation of the terms. Catalogue, compatibility and functions can evolve without eliminating the rights already acquired.

Updates, compatibility and support

Product pages indicate requirements and features. You are responsible for backups and staging tests prior to upgrades or installations. Support covers the product according to the plan purchased, not third-party services, customizations or conflicts unrelated to the plugin.

Withdrawal and digital contents

Mandatory legal rights apply to consumers. When the user expressly requests immediate execution and recognizes the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right may cease after the start of downloading or accessing the digital content. A separate confirmation is required before payment and the relevant declaration is shown in the order confirmation. Consult the Refund and withdrawal policy.

Legal guarantee and responsibility

The remedies provided for non-compliant digital content remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by law, Plugingo is not responsible for unavailability or damage caused by hosting, configurations, third-party software, improper use or unauthorized modifications.

Applicable law and contacts

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer and the competent court provided for by the legislation. For assistance or complaints use the page Contact us.
