Refunds, withdrawal and digital content

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can normally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content not supplied on a material support, the right of withdrawal may cease when execution has begun after your express request and your confirmation that you are aware of the loss of the right. Plugingo collects this confirmation separately before payment and stores it with the order.

Before the download or access begins

If execution has not yet started and the right of withdrawal is applicable, send an unambiguous declaration within 14 days to info@hybridationcore.com, indicating the order number and email used for the purchase.

Defective or non-compliant product

The loss of the right of withdrawal does not eliminate the remedies provided by law for defective or non-compliant digital content. Contact us describing the problem, WordPress/WooCommerce version and steps to reproduce it: we will verify corrective update, reinstatement of compliance, price reduction or refund when expected.

Subscriptions

Cancellation of Plugingo Pass blocks future renewals and, unless otherwise required by law, access continues until the end of the paid period. Amounts already accrued are not automatically refundable after the start of digital access, without prejudice to the legal guarantee.

Repayment times and method

When a refund is due or approved, it is made to the original payment method within the technical times of the circuit and in any case within the deadline established by the applicable legislation. To start a request use Contact us.
