This information describes how the operator of Plugingo.it processes the personal data of portal users, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). Data processed and purposes
- Browsing data and security: IP address, technical logs, device and server requests, to provide and protect the site.
- Accounts and orders: name, contact details, billing information, products, licenses and order history, to execute the contract and provide support.
- Payments: payment data is processed by payment providers; Plugingo receives transaction results and references, not the complete card data.
- Assistance: information sent via the Contact Us form, necessary to respond and diagnose the problem.
- Analytics and marketing: only after consent, to measure the use of the site and, if activated, personalize campaigns.
Legal bases
Execution of the contract and pre-contractual measures; legal obligations, including tax ones; legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention and defense of rights; consent for cookies and non-necessary technologies.
Recipients and suppliers
The data may be processed by hosting and technical providers, WooCommerce, payment providers such as Stripe/WooPayments, actually activated support, security, analytics or advertising tools. The suppliers operate as managers or independent owners according to the service. Any transfers outside the EEA take place using the tools provided for by the GDPR.
Conservation
Contractual and fiscal data are kept for the period required by law; tickets and communications for the time necessary to manage and protect rights; technical logs as per security needs; cookie consent preferences for a maximum of 180 days, unless the information is renewed or modified.
Rights
