Registration, password recovery and order emails are part of the user experience. A recognizable message reduces doubts and requests for assistance, but design alone does not solve delivery problems.
Delivery before graphics
Set up a domain sender, SPF, DKIM and DMARC with your chosen provider. Use a reliable SMTP plugin and check logs and errors. Avoid including sensitive data in messages and limit large attachments.
Consistent header and footer
Logo, site name, colors and contact details must remain legible even when images are blocked. Maintain adequate contrast, recognizable links and a simple structure. The footer can include help, privacy, and company references without turning into a full page.
