Email Header & Footer FREE is the basic version of our plugin that allows you to make your site's emails more professional and recognisable in a few seconds.
After activation, the plugin automatically retrieves information already present in WordPress (Appearance → Customize → Site Identity) and applies it to emails:
Site logo (Custom Logo, if present)
Site title (task name)
Motto (tagline)
The result is an email layout more consistent with your brand, useful for system notifications and for emails sent from HTML-compatible plugins (for example WooCommerce).

Email Header Footer FREE 1.1.0 automatically adds site name, logo and tagline to emails sent from WordPress and WooCommerce. It also works with messages born as plain text and creates an alternative version readable by clients that don't support HTML.

Practical result: notifications and transactional communications have a framework consistent with the site, maintaining the original content and without intervening in the theme files.

Activate the layout, check the preview and send a test email from the same panel.

Installation

Install the ZIP from Plugins > Add New.
Open H&F Email in the WordPress menu.
Activate header and footer and check the preview.
Send a test email to an address you control.
